LRM Theatre Celebrates Juneteenth 2024 with a Fashion Story!

Models, Music, Call to Action, Narratives, Presentations, and more! We had an amazing time celebrating Juneteenth during LRM Theatre Presents “Riches and Rags: The Raiment of Our Journey” which took place at Lied Center of Kansas – Performing Arts Center Saturday June 15th, 2024. This Fashion Story demonstrated the journey and progression of African American culture as it relates to clothing and fashion. The production ended with “Expressions” featuring members from the community modeling their chosen attire and why it is meaningful to them.
